Branded by Gordon Ramsey as ‘The Sleeping Beauty of Asia’, Filipino cuisine is the original fusion food. It’s a mixture of Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Pacific Island flavours.
The event aims to bring local businesses in Harrogate together to have a unique opportunity to enjoy socialising and networking, support a vital cause, and indulge in a delicious culinary adventure at the upcoming Filipino Food Night on Friday 25th April, at the Manhattan Club in Harrogate.
This “Give Back, Get Back” event, hosted by CLK Marketing Agency, offers a delicious way to show employee appreciation while directly contributing to Myeloma UK’s fight against cancer.
A Feast with a Purpose:
Guests will enjoy a generous 6 dish buffet of authentic Filipino dishes, all of which are gluten-free, including flavourful classics like adobo, dinuguan, and Pancit. It will be a relaxed, social atmosphere with networking opportunities and all proceeds from ticket sales going directly to Myeloma UK, helping fund groundbreaking research and provide support services to those affected by myeloma, an incurable blood cancer.
Tickets cost £25 per person which includes a 6 Filipino dish buffet, desserts and DJ and of course a chance to try vibrant flavours and the culture of the Philippines.
